Christmas Turkey
1 turkey bird
1 qt of bread crumbs
1 minced onion
1 tablespoon of butter
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Prepare the turkey for roasting and fill with a stuffing of 1 qt of bread crumbs, 1 minced onion, 1 tablespoon of butter, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper and sufficient warm water to make a good consistency. Bake the bird until well browned, and serve with the gravy slightly thickened.
