JUNKET ICE CREAM
1 cup thick cream
1 cup sugar
1 quart milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
One junket tablet dissolved in one tablespoon cold water. Heat cream, milk and sugar until just lukewarm. Add the dissolved jun kettablet and the vanilla . Allow to stand in a warm place until thickened. Freeze
