Molasses Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
3 cup flour
1 cup lard
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
Molasses Cookies Take 1 cup sugar, 1 cup molasses, 1 cup lard, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon soda in one cup boiling water.
Make in small cakes with place in a greased pan flatten bottom of a measuring cup and bake.
