Scalloped Chicken
1 chicken weighing 3 pounds or more boiled until tender
2 cups mushrooms chopped
1 cup white sauce made from chicken stock and milk
Cube the chicken meat, season with salt and pepper, add mushrooms, and pour the white sauce over the chicken cover with cracker crumbs and bake for twenty five minutes in a moderate oven.
