For this original American winter beverage of the beginning of the last century you will need:
1 teaspoonful of powdered Jamaica ginger
1 ounce of heavy cream
1 ounce of clam bouillon
1/2 of ounce of fresh unsalted sweet butter, or a sufficient quantity
1/2 of teaspoon of the celery salt
Place the ginger, cube of bouillon, soft butter into the mug and fill with the scalding hot water, stir until it dissolves and serve.
