ORIENTAL STRAWBERRY SUNDAE
1 laddle of the crushed fresh strabweberries
1/2 of the fresh banana fruit
This is a classic Southern California topping of the vanilla ice- cream, served in the ice- cream parlors since 1916.
To make this topping you should fill an 8- to the-quart cone rounded full of ice cream, place it into a champagne glass, and pour over this ice-cream a small ladle of the crushed freshed strawberry fruits. Take a half of the banana and peel it off, cut into thin slices and place around the sides of the ice-cream cone.
