Fricassee of Fowl and Brown Rice
1 Fowl
2 onions
1 1/2 cups brown rice
Fricassee the fowl as usual, adding or 2 onions cut fine. About 3 4 of hour before serving add 1 or 11/2 of well washed brown rice. Boil until tender. See Menu XI.
