Lemon Velvet (Milk Sherbet)
1 pint cream
2 eggs
11 2 quarts milk
2 cups sugar
2 or 3 lemons
2 or 3 oranges
Variations may be made by using other fruit juices Keep fruit juices from the rest of the mixture it is partly frozen
