Pear and Pineapple Marmalade

 Pear and Pineapple Marmalade 

8 pounds pears

5 pounds sugar

1 can shredded pineaplle

1 lemon

 Cook until a little thick. Add a can of shredded pineapple and juice and grated rind of one lemon, Cook for a few minutes. Put into jelly glasses and seal while hot.
