Valentine Dessert
1 pck strawberry gelatine
1 lb sponge cake
1/2 cup candied cherries
Make shallow heart moulds of strawberry gelatine and when hard, turn from the moulds. Cut sponge cake into hearts the same size, and place between 2 moulds of jello, adding a layer of whipped cream to each. Top with whipped cream and candied cherries.
