Walnut and Potato Stuffing

 Walnut and Potato Stuffing 

1 cup soft bread crumbs 

1/2 cup hot milk 

1 tablespoon onion minced 

1 tablespoon butter melted

1 cup hot mashed potato 

1 teaspoon salt 

1/4 teaspoon pepper 

1/4 cup chopped walnut meats 

1 teaspoon ground sage

1 egg 

1/2 cup hot water 

Soak the crumbs in the hot milk, add seasonings: onion, potato, nuts, beaten egg. This is excellent for pigeon or chicken.
