Casserole of Meat and Vegetables
2 cups of left over meat (lamb beef or chicken)
1 or more boiled potatoes cut fine
1 can vegetable soup
Mix well. Place in buttered baking dish, and bake about thirty minutes in slow oven, The vegetable soup gives not only nutrition, and perhaps not easily obtained vegetables, but also saves much time usually spent in preparing them for use.
