Italian Summer Squash
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil,
4 tomatoes
1 italian summer squash
Take 1 onion chopped fine, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter into kettle, add chopped onion and cook gently until soft and yellow. Then take 4 tomatoes, peel them and cut into pieces, put them into the kettle with onions, then peel summer squash, and take seeds out ,and cut into pieces add 1/4 cup water.
