Dandelion Greens

 Dandelion Greens 

2 Cups of dandelions

Salt

1 Lemon

1 Lemon juice

Select dandelions before they begin to blossom. Wash them thoroughly in several waters, remove roots, drain and cook until tender in boiling salted water. Drain, season with butter, salt and a little lemon juice. A very healthful spring green. See Menu Х.
