Tomato Gelatin Salad
2 tablespoons gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
3 cups tomatoes
1/2 an onion minced
11/2 bay leaf
1 stalk celery
2 cloves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lettuce
Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes, Boil remaining ingredients except lemon juice together for 10 minutes and strain. Reheat, add lemon juice and gelatin and stir until dissolved. Pour into wet molds and chill. Unmold and serve on lettuce
