Cranberry Puffs
2 cups of flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1cupful of milk
Sift 2 cups of flour, 3 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 2 of salt into a dish. Rub 4 tablespoons butter into this. Beat up 2 eggs with cupful of milk or cream and with 2 cupfuls cranberries. Pour into buttered cups. cover with buttered crepe paper and steam for 1 1/2 hours.
