Caramel Pie
1 pie shell
1 cup of brown sugar
1 egg
Bake a pie shell in the medium hot owen according to the instructions. Take one egg, and beat the egg white with a sugar. Take any good cream pie package on sale, and after the filling is cooked stir into one cup of light brown sugar melted, and pour it into the baked shell. Finish with adding into it the beaten stiff white of egg sweetened with brown sugar. Bake in the medium hot owen until gets lightly brown.
