GRAPE TANGAREE
1 fluid ounce of pure grape juice
1/2 fluid ounce of raspberry syrup
1 /2 of fluid ounce of orange syrup
juice of 11/2 orange
6 ounces of the shaved ice
carbonated water or the club soda
Take one fluid ounce of pure Concordia grape juice, mix with 1 fluid ounce of raspberry syrup and with 1/2 fluid ounce of orange syrup and the pure juice of 11/ 2 of two medium oranges.
Add to the 12 ounce serving glass, filled with one half glassful of fine ice shavings, pour the mix of the syrup and juice onto the top of the ice and fill the serving glass with carbonated water, or club soda and mix with a dessert spoon. Decorate the raspada with the sprig of a fresh mint and seasonable fruits, and serve with straws,
